Indeed, in most people's daily skincare routine, there are many mistakes that in some way damage the health of their skin and their appearance. To avoid this risk, here are some tips and advice on how to keep your skin healthy and radiant.

The right steps for beautiful, radiant skin

For radiant, blemish-free skin, there's nothing better than maintaining good hygiene. Here are the steps to follow.

  • Cleaning

Skin care starts with rigorous cleansing, which takes place in two stages. First, use a micellar water to remove make-up, followed by a gentle cleansing solution to deeply purify the skin. This removes all impurities and gradually restores the skin's radiance.

  • Moisturising

Apply a moisturiser suited to your skin type morning and night to maintain good hydration and prevent skin ageing.

  • Scrubbing

Mistakes to avoid to protect your skin

  • Washing your face too frequently

Many people mistakenly think that washing their face too often will keep it moisturised, but the result is quite the opposite. Excessive washing can strip the skin of its natural oils, leaving it dry and irritated. This is usually accompanied by redness or a rash. Moisturising creams become ineffective and itching is exacerbated. To prevent this risk, don't wash your skin more than twice a day. Use a gentle cleanser that doesn't attack your skin.
